Meet the Founder

I’m Tilsa Fernandez, the founder of Divine MilliConsulting LLC, where I combine over 18 years of corporate expertise with holistic wellness practices to help businesses and individuals find balance and achieve sustainable success. My professional background includes extensive experience in the insurance and benefits industry, labor relations, and PEO settings. As a Reiki Master, shamanic practitioner, and spiritual coach, I bring a unique perspective that blends practical business strategies with energy healing and mindfulness.
 

I have had the privilege of working on high-impact projects like the Xcelerator Business Summit, where I collaborated with CEO Martha Razo to bring together over 400 CEOs for an immersive two-day event focused on leadership and business growth, 2024 is expected to host over 900 attendees. Additionally, I played a key role in the early stages of Latina Boss Babes, one of the largest networking groups in Illinois.

 

Today, I proudly serve as their Director of Wellness, helping CEOs and entrepreneurs achieve personal and professional goals through mindset coaching, meditation, and wellness practices.

I’m also excited to announce that Divine MilliConsulting LLC has partnered with Payal Sud, founder and owner of It's Counseling, an integrative therapy provider with a holistic approach. With three locations in Lincoln Park, Joliet, and Willow Springs, this partnership enables us to expand our holistic services and offer deeper healing through counseling and therapy alongside my business and holistic coaching.
